Similarly, the customer must record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel while unboxing it, starting from the sealed condition until the items are verified.
For all bulk wholesale transactions, a 50% advance payment is strictly required to initiate the production of goods. The remaining 50% balance must be settled immediately upon completion of the order and the generation of the final invoice, before the dispatch of the goods.
All payouts to our registered sellers will be processed within a window of 3 to 5 working days following the successful delivery of the order and its verification by the customer. Any delays due to banking holidays or verification issues will be communicated accordingly.
In the event that a seller dispatches an incorrect item or fails to match the product description, the seller will be solely liable for all return transport costs incurred. However, if the product matches the order and the customer still wishes to return it, they must bear all transportation costs (both ways).
